What will be the mass of a piece of marble that occupies $60\ cm^3$ volume, if its density is $3\ g/cm^3$ ?

A simple way to do this exercise is using the density equation: $d = \frac{m}{V}$ .
If you clear mass from the equation, you can obtain the value of mass:

$d\cdot V = m\ \to\ m = 3\frac{g}{cm^3}\cdot 60\ cm^3 = \bf 180\ g$
